All purchases from Sakura Specialty Studios are final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges, except in the case of items that arrive damaged. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with a photo of the damage and we will make it right.

Every product photo shown in our shop is of the actual item that will be sent to you. We photograph each set individually so you know exactly what you're receiving.
Handmade & One of a Kind
Every set from Sakura Specialty Studios is handcrafted using epoxy resin — not manufactured in a factory. Because of the nature of resin work, each piece will have its own unique character: slight variations in color, tiny bubbles, or small surface marks may be present. These are not defects — they are the hallmarks of a genuinely handmade item.
No two sets are completely identical, and that's exactly the point. When you purchase from us, you're receiving a one-of-a-kind piece made with care and intention.
