Refund policy

All Sakura Specialty Studios products are handcrafted to order using epoxy resin. Due to the handmade nature of each piece, all sales are final — we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Each set is unique. Natural variations in resin, including minor bubbles or color shifts, are an inherent part of the handmade process and are not considered defects.

Damaged or incorrect orders: If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos and we will make it right.
